LLave Holdings (Pty) Ltd, was established as a result of poor services we were receiving from service providers in the logistics industry. With our partners we decided to establish this company to operate in the supply of raw minerals, specifically coal, chrome, iron ore, manganese and logistics. We also offer business development, business management and business facilitation services with regards to sourcing infrastructure build funding and capacity building for both government and private clients.

MANAGEMENT MODEL

The Llave Way is not a question of mere rhetoric. It is a model of conduct that is being rigorously implemented at all levels of Llave, strategic partners and its contractors.
The Llave System, as we call it, is charged with generating a “win-win” environment by working hand-in-hand with national, regional, municipal governments including local and international organizations.
At the same time, we are seeking to continuously strengthen dialogue with all stakeholders sincerely wishing to improve the standard of living and well-being of the South African population and our partners in other African countries, where we do business.

CORPORATE STRATEGY

Quite literally, in the past the arteries of any nation were only its transport systems. However, as a result of growing populations, energy instabilities, shortages of water and shelter have become equally important.
It therefore goes without saying that improvements in efficiencies, reliability and safety within these sectors, is one of the single most important strategic issues facing the nation of South Africa at present, indeed the entire SADC region and Africa in general.
It is within the context of this paradigm that Llave was established, in order to provide uniquely structured solutions to the pressing issues of efficiency and the development of an integrated solutions infrastructure framework.

Renewable Energy

Through the strategic partnership of our value-chain partners we provide renewable energy initiatives such as, solar/wind farms, waste to energy and biofuels technology.As populations grow, more areas require electrification. This also includes rural and remote to reach areas. We are able to supply clients with mobile solar plants facilities. These mobile plants come ready to plug and power electricity to the area or areas where they are installed within minutes.
